Submit Electronic Travel Declaration
The Electronic Travel Declaration is an online form that must be submitted by a citizen of any country, except a member state of the European Union,
the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, a country of the European Economic Area,
the Swiss Confederation or the Federative Republic of Brazil, who does not have a valid visa or residence permit issued by the Republic of Latvia.
All non-exempt Foreign nationals planning to enter Latvia must submit Declaration at least 48 hours before entry.
